  1. Prepare to present project proposal

  4. Submit contract and articles of association.
  5. Apply for approval certificate.
  6. Apply to Shanghai Administration of Industry and Commerce for business license.
  7. Obtain health permit.
  8. Apply for work permit and visa.
  9. Obtain resident permit and visa.
  10. Register with Tax Bureau.
  11. Register with Customs.
